Hassle-free exchanges within 15 days

Our Exchange Policy

At AR Lawn Fabric, we strive for perfection. Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if there is a defect or size issue, we are happy to offer an Exchange for your item within 15 days of delivery.

Conditions for Exchange

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Custom stitched items cannot be exchanged unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

How to Request an Exchange

Contact our customer support team at supportarlawnfabric@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
Wait for our team to approve your exchange request (usually within 24 hours).
Ship the item back to our Exchange Center address provided by our support team.

Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when sending your item for exchange.
